Jennifer was very easy to work with & made planning for the cruise easier as navigating the ship’s websites was challenging. She always returned my calls & answered my questions in a timely manner. When I had difficulty with apps & websites, she made it all work. I so much appreciated her professionalism & willingness to make it all work. I will work with her on my next trip next year.

Jennifer went above and beyond before, during and even after our travels. We told her a budget, and unlike other people, she gave us a range of options to choose from that were in our budget. She gave us a packet for our trip that was full of important details we never would have thought of. She checked on us throughout the trip and helped answer any questions we had.
